Návštěva hlavního města pro nás začala, když jsme vystoupili z vlaku na Hlavním nádraží v Praze. Všechny nás náhle zasáhla ta úžasná atmosféra a vzrušení, které jsou pro návštěvníky Prahy tak unikátní.
Od nádraží jsme mířili rovnou do hotelu, kde jsme měli být ubytováni. Každý z nás za sebou táhl obrovské zavazadlo, neboť jsme si všichni nabalili spoustu oblečení a módních doplňků, abychom se v Praze prezentovali co možná nejlépe. Naštěstí jsme však nemuseli tato těžká závaží nést daleko, neboť jsme poblíž nádraží nastoupili na kolejový dopravní prostředek, jemuž Pražané říkají „tramvaj“. Toto zařízení podobné brněnským šalinám nás dovezlo až do bezprostřední vzdálenosti od hotelu, kde jsme si pouze odlehčili od zavazadel a přebytečných vrstev oblečení, abychom stihli vyrazit za poznáváním pražské kultury, architektury a slavných osobností.
Po celý pobyt v hlavním městě jsme měli vlastní průvodkyni, o které nebylo pochyb, že se ve své profesi vyzná. Dostalo se nám odborného a poučného výkladu o všech památkách, zajímavých místech a událostech, které jsou s historií Prahy spjaty. Takže hned první den jsme byli plni znalostí o Malostranském náměstí, Hradčanech včetně Chrámu sv. Víta, který jsme si důkladně prohlédli. Nelze zapomenout také na malebnou Nerudovu ulici, kde někteří z nás alespoň z části naplnili svá bříška místními trdelníky.
S nastalým večerem prvního dne se přiblížila také samotnými studenty vybraná divadelní představení. Tento večer si totiž všichni zařizovali svůj vlastní divadelní program, sami si dopředu rezervovali místa a do vybraných divadel se večer dostavili. Realizaci tohoto prvovečerového scénáře jsme všichni ocenili, neboť každý z nás má trochu jiný divadelní apetit a zvolit si vlastní kulturní akci bylo obrovské plus.
Druhý den byl zasvěcen poznávání židovských kultur. Navštívili jsme židovské město, židovský hřbitov a nespočet pražských synagog, kde se opět naše průvodkyně mohla činit a dělit se s námi o její bohaté znalosti. K dispozici jsme měli odborníka na židovskou tématiku, který vyplnil všechna prázdná místa (byť jich nebylo mnoho) ve znalostech židovské kultury naší průvodkyně.
Čas byl neúprosný a my chtěli z druhého dne vytěžit maximum, tak jsme se vyřítili z židovského města ven, zanechávaje odborníka za sebou. Hladověli jsme po historických faktech a sosali krásy centra Prahy na ‘Staromáku‘, kde se nachází spousta důležitých míst nejen pražské, ale i české historie. Čekalo nás ale ještě večerní divadlo, a tak jsme opět využili místních tramvají, abychom se dopravili do naší ubytovny, kde jsme se takříkajíc hodili do gala a vyrazili jsme směr Stavovské divadlo, kde nás čekaly známé osobnosti českého herectví, krásné prostředí a zapamatováníhodné představení Les.
Poslední den byl kratší, neboť jsme měli před sebou dlouhou cestu vlakem zpátky domů. Předtím jsme ale stihli ještě obdivovat nádherný pražský Vyšehrad. Předání znalostí o Vyšehradu ale tentokrát neměla na starosti naše průvodkyně, ale samotní studenti 4.B, kteří projevili svou iniciativu a celý den si vzali na starost.
Myslím si, že mluvím za všechny studenty středních škol, když řeknu, že výlet do Prahy ve čtvrtém ročníku studia je jedinečnou událostí. Stejně tak vím určitě, že právě ten náš výlet do hlavního města byl výjimečný mezi výjimečnými, unikátní mezi unikátními a nenahraditelný mezi nenahraditelnými.
